These purchase rules apply to buying credits and other EnergyBox services on app.energybox.lt and in the EnergyBox mobile app.

Goods and services
EnergyBox sells digital credits that can be used to order physical smoothies from EnergyBox machines.
An order starts when a machine and product are selected and the system sends a command to the machine.
Credits are not a physical product and are not shipped by post; they are added to your account immediately after successful payment.
Payment methods and currency
Payments can be made using Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadele, and Šiaulių bankas e-banking services. Payments are accepted in Euro. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.
Depending on the checkout window, other MakeCommerce.lt-supported methods may also be offered, including payment cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay when enabled.
Prices are shown in euros with applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
EnergyBox does not store full payment card details.
Order and payment flow
After selecting a credit package, you must confirm that you agree to these purchase rules before payment.
After successful payment, credits are assigned to your EnergyBox account.
A confirmation may appear in your account or be sent by email.
Refunds and cancellations
If the machine does not prepare the smoothie due to a technical error, the credit may be refunded automatically or after review.

Please include the order or payment number, date, amount, and a short description.
Confirmed refunds are returned to the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Privacy
Personal data needed for payment is processed according to the EnergyBox privacy policy.
Payment data is shared with MakeCommerce.lt / Maksekeskus AS as described in the privacy policy.
Changes
Purchase rules may be updated. A new version takes effect when published on the website or in the app.
