This privacy policy explains how EnergyBox collects and processes data when you use app.energybox.lt or the EnergyBox mobile app.

Data we collect
Account data: name, email, password hash, preferred language, and credit balance.
Profile data if you provide it: birth date, phone number, country, and marketing preferences.
Order data: selected machine, smoothie, product ID, order status, timestamps, and technical events.
Technical data: IP address, browser or device information, login records, and error logs.
Camera access is used to scan QR codes. EnergyBox does not store camera video or photos.
How we use data
To create accounts, maintain sign-in, assign credits, and fulfil smoothie orders.
To process payments through payment service providers. EnergyBox does not store full card details.
For customer support, troubleshooting, security, and fraud prevention.
For marketing only when you have given the relevant consent.
Payment data sharing
In the online store, payments are processed using the makecommerce.lt platform, operated by Maksekeskus AS (Liivalaia 45, Tallinn 10145, Estonia, reg. no.: 12268475), therefore your personal information required for payment execution and confirmation will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS.
Data recipients
Data may be shared with payment providers (including MakeCommerce.lt / Maksekeskus AS), email services, hosting providers, and Jetinno machine integrations as needed to provide the service.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
Retention
Account data is kept while you have an account. Order and payment records are kept as needed for accounting, disputes, security, and legal requirements.
When you delete your account, personal data is anonymized while technical and financial history may remain without directly identifying data.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, restriction, marketing consent withdrawal, or account deletion.
You can delete your account in the app: More > Profile > Delete account or at /en/delete-account.
